Founder & Principal Photographer, Jiveshot Media

I’m Jeremy Ives, Founder and Principal Photographer of Jiveshot Media—a boutique corporate photography and visual storytelling studio serving enterprise organizations, institutions, and brands across Washington, DC and the East Coast.

My work focuses on executive portraiture, leadership headshots, and enterprise-level corporate photography, supporting CMOs, Directors of Communications, and event leaders who need imagery that is refined, consistent, and built to perform across websites, campaigns, press, internal communications, and partner-facing platforms. I specialize in translating brand standards into human, editorial-quality portraits while maintaining the operational discipline required by large organizations.

Over the course of my career, I’ve partnered with teams and institutions including Apple, Spotify, Arianespace, The Africa Center, The International African American Museum, The Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Library, The Civil Rights Institute, and senior leadership teams associated with President Obama and Ambassador Andrew Young. In parallel, I work regularly with Top 100 law firms, photographing partners, associates, and C-suite executives where discretion, efficiency, and brand consistency are essential.

Jiveshot Media is intentionally boutique and principal-led. I remain directly involved in every engagement while assembling trusted creative teams when projects require additional scale— whether for leadership initiatives, multi-day events, or complex productions. This structure allows organizations to work with a single creative vision while still meeting enterprise expectations around speed, coordination, and delivery.

Alongside my corporate practice, I’ve served as a creative director and visual partner on commissioned projects and high-end event storytelling, including collaborations with Marissa Sams Events and multidisciplinary creative teams producing award-winning and widely recognized work. These experiences inform how I approach corporate photography—not as isolated images, but as assets that live within broader narratives, environments, and brand ecosystems.

I’ve also co-founded nonprofit initiatives focused on expanding access to photography education for youth across the DMV and co-founded a professional studio that serves as a home for creatives, collaborators, and community-based programming. While this work sits adjacent to my corporate practice, it shapes my leadership perspective and long-term commitment to thoughtful, responsible storytelling.

Clients engage me when the stakes are high—when leadership visibility matters, when brand consistency cannot slip, and when photography must support both immediate needs and long-term enterprise objectives. My role is to help teams execute confidently, knowing their visual foundation is handled with care, precision, and intent.
