Our activations are built for brands and organizations that want guests to feel seen, respected, and valued—not rushed through a novelty setup. We bring a discreet, professional portrait and editorial B-roll experience directly into your event, capturing genuine expressions while maintaining the tone and integrity of the room.
Professional lighting, direction, and pacing that allow guests to relax and show up naturally—resulting in real smiles, not forced moments.
Contextual imagery that captures energy, interaction, and brand presence for post-event storytelling.
For select activations, guests can walk away with a finished portrait—edited and delivered on location, and in some cases printed on site.
Ideal for corporate, cultural, and private events where subtlety and professionalism matter. We integrate seamlessly—never interrupting the flow of the room.
From Apple and EdFarm celebrating Juneteenth at the Birmingham Civil Rights Institute, to intimate holiday gatherings and DJ-led brand activations, we integrate seamlessly—never interrupting the flow of the room.
Whether your goal is celebration, appreciation, or brand storytelling, these activations are built to add value—without adding noise.
Designed for brands, leaders, and high-trust environments—so guests leave with something meaningful without sacrificing discretion, brand integrity, or the flow of a high-level event.
What Makes These Activations Different
Execution Standard
We regularly work in environments where privacy and sensitivity matter. Our team operates with a low-profile footprint, clear boundaries around usage and distribution, and optional private galleries or restricted-access delivery.
When activations are tied to partners or sponsors, integration stays subtle and controlled—aligned with event goals and usage rights.
Ideal Use Cases
“This is not a photo booth. It is a controlled portrait experience designed to respect people, elevate brands, and deliver something lasting.”
A live portrait activation designed for dignity, presence, and inclusion—documenting guests with intention and extending access through a private post-event gallery.

Why This Matters
In partnership with Apple and Ed Farm, we supported a Juneteenth celebration at the Birmingham Civil Rights Institute by designing and operating a live portrait activation led by StayDRMN. The experience centered dignity and inclusion—photographing children, families, and civic leaders (including the Mayor of Birmingham) in a professional portrait setting, with prompt post-event delivery via a private digital gallery.
Event Activation Gallery
These sessions transform portrait photography into a living moment. Captured alongside live DJ music creation, each shoot unfolds as an immersive environment rather than a posed experience. Music shapes the room in real time—lowering walls, shifting energy, and inviting people to arrive fully as themselves.
The result: an organic archive of portraits, motion, and atmosphere—content that feels lived-in, human, and timeless, built for storytelling across platforms and moments.
A discreet, studio-grade portrait experience built inside a live event—photographed, edited in real time, and delivered with sponsor-ready branding. Featuring Maverick Carter, Wale, and Ed Reed.
A set-forward portrait environment designed to match the tone of the event while staying operationally efficient.
Professional lighting, direction, and pacing—built to keep guests relaxed and the room moving.
Images edited in real time and uploaded with sponsor watermarking for immediate post-event use.
Built for corporate, cultural, and brand-led events where quality, pace, and brand integrity matter as much as the final images.
